Delete your account

You can delete your Pinola account and the data associated with it at any time, either inside the app or from this page.

In the app

  1. Open Pinola and enter the parent area with your PIN.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted from our servers immediately, including your name, email, and the subscription and report data tied to it.

Without the app

Email us from the address you signed in with, and we will delete your account and its data. No need to reinstall the app.

We verify the request by matching the sender address to the account, then delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Everything tied to the account: your name and email from sign-in, the link between your devices, and the server-side gameplay data and parent report. Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store and should be cancelled there; deleting the account does not charge or refund anything.

Server data collected under parental consent can also be erased without deleting the account, any time, from the PIN-protected parent Settings. Details in our Privacy Policy.
